- SAGST implizit is a publication of the Software AG Foundation (SAGST) that has been appearing since 2017 (only in German language); together with SAGST explizit, it replaces the former annual report. SAGST implizit makes visible the projects we support and the people behind them. In contrast to SAGST explizit, the work of the foundation is not the primary or explicit focus. Instead, it aims to introduce readers in particular to those topics that can be difficult to describe and to initiatives that take a less obvious approach to creating healing social impulses. Naturally, many of the stories in the publication have something to do with our foundation and the foundation’s impulse, but only – as the title of the publication suggests – implicitly. SAGST implizit is only available in German.

- Once a year, the Software AG Foundation publishes SAGST explizit (available in English), which contains the grant making and financial report for the previous financial year. It appears at the end of the first half of the year and is only available as an electronic publication on the foundation’s website. In addition to figures and facts about our grantmaking, it also discloses the foundation’s finances. It contains – analogously to the published audited financial statements – an overview of the income of our foundation capital and its use. The report also provides insight into our investment philosophy as well as the distribution of the foundation’s assets.
